Esper has been updated to DevRel 27.

Read-Only User Role

We are bringing up a new role in the Users section as “Viewer” which has READ-only access to the entire console. A user in this role can only view the Provisioning Templates, Devices, Groups, Apps, Event feed, Compliance Policy, Alerts, Pipeline, and Geofence sections. Viewers do not have access to any actions on the Console. You can create accounts with this new user role under User Management.

Bypass Managed Google Play Services During Provisioning

In Provisioning Templates > Create template > Apps click on Advanced Settings on the right. You will see a checkbox that allows users to include or bypass Google Play setup during provisioning. If this is turned off, Google Play apps will not be updated and will reduce provisioning time drastically.
